Key Lime Pie is one of my favorite desserts in the summer. This particular recipe is especially delicious and if you are looking for something to serve your family or friends, then go with Key Lime Pie. Our family has Key Lime Pie at least four times throughout the summer and I have never had a problem making it. It is a quick, easy and delicious recipe!

 Recipe:

Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Ingredients: 1  Box of Anna’s Ginger Thins (crushed), 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/4 cup butter (melted)

Instructions: Heat oven to 350°. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter. Reserve some mixture for topping if desired. Press remaining mixture firmly against bottom and side of pie plate. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

 Filling

Ingredients: 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk, 3 egg yolks (whites not used), 1/2 cup Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice

Instructions: Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice and blend until smooth. Pour filling into cooled pie shell and bake at  350° for 15 minutes. Allow to stand at least ten minutes before refrigerating. Top with whipped cream and lime slices for added effect when serving.

Enjoy!
